I’ve embarked a journey of bettering myself inside and out.
I have started incorporating more fruits, vegetables and water into my diet. I think my skin looked it’s healthiest when I was pregnant 2 years ago. I dwelled and realized that when I was prego I was eating really good foods. Not everything was organic, but everything was fresh and colorful. That, I think is key to get that healthy glow.
