Colorful Foods for Glowing Skin (8 Photos)

I’ve embarked a journey of bettering myself inside and out.

I have started incorporating more fruits, vegetables and water into my diet.  I think my skin looked it’s healthiest when I was pregnant 2 years ago.  I dwelled and realized that when I was prego I was eating really good foods.  Not everything was organic, but everything was fresh and colorful. That, I think is key to get that healthy glow.

Below are some of my favorite drinks and foods:

Avocado Salsa - this is so good you'll want to just ditch the chips and eat it by the spoonful! I couldn't stop eating it.:

Fruit with Yogurt

Make-Ahead Fruit and Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits. My Opinion: LOVE these! I've made them a bunch. I use regular vanilla yogurt and frozen raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. Ruby loves to make them and eat them!:
